Projects with texts in various languages
Project Gutenberg is the oldest producer of free electronic books (eBooks or etexts) on the Internet. Our collection of more than 15.000 eBooks was produced by hundreds of volunteers. Most of the Project Gutenberg eBooks are older literary works that are in the public domain in the United States. All may be freely downloaded and read, and redistributed for non-commercial use.
Project Gutenberg produces books in electronic form which are freely available to the public. The books are in the 'public domain' and there are over 14,000 available. Many of the books, which have an 'Australian flavour', may be accessed from this site.
Free online web books - more than 700 classic works of Literature, Philosophy, Science, and History. Each work has been carefully formatted for maximum readability either on screen or when printed. Works can be read online, or downloaded for offline reading.

The Corpus Scriptorum Latinorum (CSL) is a collaborative project with the main purpose of creating a digital library of the entire body of Latin literature. An up-to-date catalogue of all Latin texts that are currently available online. If you can't find a text or translation through this site, odds are that it does not yet exist online.

Unless otherwise noted, all texts are public domain. OMACL encourages the free distribution of its texts, provided that they are distributed in their entirety.
